Super Corrosion Resistance: In the oxidation process of traditional pure Zinc coating, the base steel will be oxidized with the oxidation reaction. The Magnesium component in Zinc-Aluminum-Nagnesium products helps to promote the formation of a very stable and fine-grained protective film, thus ensuring super corrosion resistance.
Self-Repair: The coating on the upper part of the section of the steel plate after processing dissolves and gradually covers the section, promoting the formation of a stable protective film. Red rust will occur on the exposed section in the initial process, but the protective film will perform excellent corrosion resistance after forming a membrane-like covering on the section.
Long life: The service life of ordinary Galvanized steel is generally no more than 10 years under standard environment, and the life of ZAM steel plate can reach more than 20 years under standard environment.
Easy to process: Hot dipped ZAM steel plate is denser than Galvanized plate, and the coating is not easy to peel off t during processing. It has excellent tensile, stamping, bending and other properties under severe conditions, and has superior damage resistance due to the high hardness of the coating.
